"Enraptured by the scent of immensity"

When he was a 9 years old child he looked his father eyes and said to him: "Please, Buy me a guitar and let me learn to play it"

So Andrea starts to keep his hands on that piece of wood that made the history of the modern music.

Until 26 he only studies on modern guitar methods, books that he uses to buy at the music shop near home.

Day after day he studies scales, chords, picking and phrasing techniques, legato, sweep, bending and tapping,  spending a lot of hours on that books but it's not enough.

So, in 2002, he decides to follow the guitar lessions of Mats Hedberg at "Nova Musica Arte" school in Rome. The school is directed by M R.Fabbri

The metal method mixed with jazz, classical and spanish styles, is the key for him to improve technique and speed up the phrases that before he knew as groups of very hard to play notes

After some coverbands and participations in some live situations like jam sessions and unplugged sets he become the Steel Alive's first guitar (a metal prog/hard rock coverband).

2000: he played in the Steel Alive a cover band that played a lot of hard rock, metal and prog stuff.

2003 he begun the Astarte Syriaca's story as axeman and e co-author of the songs together with Alessio Contorni. He played in the musical "Les Miserables".

2004: he recorded first Astarte's promo.

2005: he acted in the videoclip "Winged Horses" by Astarte Syriaca. He played and composed the music for "Le donne di Pola" by M.Cortesi.

2006: he recorded "Lei" by Massimo Russo and he acted in the related videoclip written by Barbara Alesse and directed by Alessandro Giordani. He worked for "Accademia Nazionale di Arte Drammatica Silvio D'Amico" writing several themes and soundtracks.

2007: he wrote the music for "Leggere Lolita a Teheran" directed by Barbara Alesse, "La soglia proibita" and "Fermata a Battaglia" directed by Carlo Fineschi.

2008: he recorded the Astarte Syriaca's debut album "DARKENED LIGHT" and arranged, toghether with the other Astarte's members, the musical "Jesus Christ Superstar" in a new powerful and metal way. Always with Astarte he wrote the music for "Green" the short movie written and directed by Carlo Fineschi with Alessio Di Clemente and Marco Venienti.

2009: he recorded the MaxSin's debut album "Vino, Rose & Tentazione" produced by Roberto Cola and the second Astarte Syriaca's album "SEX: DE HUMANA NATURA" produced by Frank Andiver. He also joined A II R, an instrumental power trio with Roberto Fasciani (bass) and Roberto Pirami (drums). He acted in the Maxsin's second videoclip "LEI" directed by Gianluca Testa. In october 2009 he begun to work as lead guitar player for the musical "B-Generation" which will be in theaters from march 2010.

2010: On january he acted in "Anima Oscura", the last videoclip by Astarte Syriaca directed by Lucio Basadonne. On february he started to play with Chiazzetta and his band. On october he joined Dario Falasca's solo project and he also formed the "Perry Blacks" acoustic duo with the singer Deborah Perrotta
